Bryan served as President of Ultima Replenisher, where he led a full brand transformation. He transitioned the company from a regional broker model to a national model, enhanced retail programs, upgraded internal systems for improved placement and promotion, and personally reformulated the product. He also moved the brand from a direct-to-store model to a distributor network to accelerate replenishment. Those changes contributed to an acquisition at nearly 10x EBITDA.
With over 30 years of experience building brands in the specialty marketplace, Bryan knows how to get products placed in retailers such as Target, Central Market, Wegmans, AAFES, and Whole Foods Market. He develops tailored go-to-market strategies and can build a custom roadmap for your brand to optimize growth, including selecting and managing your broker network.
Bryan has developed and led sales teams ranging from boutique brokers focused on specific regions or retailers (like Target) to national brokerages such as Acosta’s Natural Specialty Sales. Since brokerages, like other businesses, each have unique strengths, he can help identify the right fit for your brand and goals.
As Director of Whole Body at Natural Specialty Sales, Bryan led the teams calling on the supplement department at Whole Foods Market. He also supported their Grocery division in Bars and Teas. His deep understanding of retailer relationships, category dynamics, and sales execution brings unmatched value to emerging and scaling brands.
